Polynucleotides to repair and revive skin quality
At Revitalise You in Derby, polynucleotide skin boosters support natural skin repair for a healthier, more even look. One treatment £200, course of three £580.
Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments (typically fish-derived) that work at a cellular level to help repair tissue and improve overall skin quality. By stimulating fibroblasts, they encourage cell turnover, improve elasticity, support collagen production and boost hydration. They also calm inflammation and help rebalance pigmentation for a fresher, more even tone.
Treatments can be placed across the upper, mid and lower face, and can also be used for the neck, décolletage, under-eyes and selected body areas such as inner arms, thighs and knees.
Good to know
Treatments are usually completed as a course of three to four sessions, ideally spaced about three weeks apart. Results begin to show from around four weeks and there is little to no downtime, so you can carry on with your day as normal.
Results and longevity
Improvements build across the course as the skin’s repair processes are stimulated. Results develop gradually and continue to refine after the final session.

Polynucleotides FAQs
-
Polynucleotides are regenerative injectable treatments that stimulate skin repair, collagen production and improve skin texture. Polynucleotides (often called PNs or PN boosters) are highly purified DNA fragments, usually derived from salmon or trout and act as powerful skin repair molecules.
Think of them as “cellular messengers” that tell your skin to heal, regenerate and rebuild itself.
-
Common areas include under-eyes, face, neck and acne-scarred skin.
-
They work differently. Polynucleotides improve skin quality and regeneration, whereas fillers restore volume.
-
Mild swelling and small injection marks may last 24–48 hours. As with all injection there is a risk of bruising.
